Kawasaki W230 2025 Japan Retro Style

The W brand began with the 650-W1 in 1965 and will celebrate its 60th anniversary in 2025. The W230 is a new 250cc class retro sports model born under the W brand. The W230 inherits the traditional styling that evokes the good old days unique to W and the rich, pulsating ride feel, while also featuring an easy-to-handle lightweight body and a low seat height, providing a casual and fun motorcycle life to a wide range of riders.

The steering is designed to be stable yet light, like the classic W Series, and responds firmly to the rider's inputs, allowing you to enter corners smoothly.

The W230 engine has a unique character in both appearance and riding feel. In order to achieve a classic look despite being a modern engine, the design of the engine parts, including the large, rounded fins on the cylinder head, was carefully crafted.

An elegant muffler with an exhaust note designed in mind

The exhaust pipes flow gracefully from the engine and are completed with a uniquely styled silencer, recreating the beautiful look of the W family and achieving true classic styling. The exhaust sound is tuned to produce a deep bass tone and a pulsating feeling during acceleration.
