It's national matcha day! What better way than to celebrate with an iced matcha latte at home :)

Recipe
Ingredients
2 tsp ONE ORGANIC matcha
1/3 cup hot water
5 oz oat milk
1 tbsp honey
ice

Instructions
1. Sift the matcha powder into a bowl and add half the water. Whisk until the powder is dissolved.
2. Pour in the remaining water and whisk vigorously for 30 seconds.
3. Raise the whisk to the surface of the foam and continue whisking in a gentle zigzag motion for an additional 10 seconds.
4. Measure the milk into a cup and add honey or sweeten to taste. Mix well.
5. Fill a glass with ice and add the milk. Top it off with the matcha mixture.
