Today, the civil and human rights of Jews are being violated, on campus, in boardrooms, and in the public sphere.

There’s one organization standing up to fight this hatred in the courts.

The Lawfare Project facilitates civil rights litigation around the world by providing pro bono legal counsel and financial support to anyone who is targeted because they are Jewish, or because they advocate for Israel.

We manage an international network of more than 350 lawyers and are the only pro-Israel litigation fund in the world. And we have advanced more than 74 legal initiatives, in 16 different jurisdictions.

Kuwait Airways refuses to fly passengers using an Israeli passport. This violates countless laws preventing religious, ethnic and national origin discrimination.

The Lawfare Project submitted a complaint to the U.S. Department of Transpiration and brought legal actions against the airline in Switzerland and Germany.

We forced Kuwait Airways to cancel all of its inter-European flight paths as well as its JFK Heathrow route. It cost the airline millions of dollars.

In Spain, the Boycott Divestment, and Sanctions Campaign worked aggressively to try and ban Israeli goods from Spanish markets.

In response, The Lawfare Project supported an offensive litigation strategy that thus far has nullified more than 50 Spanish municipal boycott laws and set a legal precedent that BDS is unconstitutional in Spain

We’re co-counsel for professor Jeffrey Lax in an employment discrimination case against the City University of New York.

The lawsuit details how University administrators have fostered a hostile and intimidating environment for Jews on campus.

When a pro-Israel student at Temple University was punched in the face by a supporter of Students for Justice in Palestine and called a “Zionist baby killer”, The Lawfare Project secured a team of three attorneys to provide pro-bono legal assistance to the victim. Criminal charges were filed, and the court ordered the attacker to participate in counseling and community service, issue an apology, and pay court costs.

The European Union Trade Commission attempted to ban the import of Israeli products into Europe. We led a legal, political and media campaign to prevent this ban from taking effect.

Our legal conclusions were adopted as official EU antitrust policy. Now, any business that boycotts Israeli products, could face heavy fines of up to 10% of their returns.

The Lawfare Project has provided significant financial and legal support to counterterrorism experts who have faced predatory lawsuits for reporting about terrorism. We’re ensuring their voices are not silenced.

We have worked with law enforcement to shut down the broadcasting networks of terrorist organizations in the U.S.—including Hezbollah’s Al-Manar network and Hamas’s Al Aqsa TV.
