Tottenham House is a large country house near Marlborough. It has more than 100 rooms and dates mostly from the 1820s. To the north there is a 50 horse stable block.
The monument about 1Km directly in front of the house in Savernake Forest is the Ailesbury Column erected in 1781 by Thomas Bruce Earl of Ailesbury.
