1 cup powder milk ,
Pulp of two mangoes,
2 tablespoon sugar ,
150 ml milk ,
pistachios for garnishing
Elaichi powder/ cardamom powder,
A Pinch of alum powder or fitkari.
Put the pan on the gas add plain mango pulp in it. also add sugar, let it dissolve and cook for 5 minutes. then add in a milk powder, sugar mix it well. and add this mixture in the pan. now mix it well .add Pinch of alum powder stir it continuously. cook it become a thike texture like a fudge. When it leaves fried ages of pan then turn off film and for the mixture in the Greeced teen. Let it cool for one hour then cut it into the pieces garnish with pistachios. And now mango fudge or mango kalakand is ready to eat.
