Proterra is an EV company with revenue and products on the road. In this video we'll look at the pro forma valuation of Proterra, which will be acquired by ArcLight Clean Transition Team, a SPAC trading as the ACTC stock. Then we'll check out what the fair valuation of Proterra is according to the SPAC and the company themselves.

And finally we'll calculate the fair market cap and price per share of the ACTC stock, or basically, of Proterra after it has been acquired by the SPAC.

Keep in mind the video is just based on numbers from the investor presentation. The numbers are not a representation of my own opinions.
