Turnkey breeder project by VDL Agrotech - Excellence in Feeding

VDL Agrotech is specialized in engineering and supply of tunrkey projects. A Dutch poultry farm is designed and erected in accordance with VDL Agrotech's vision and the wishes and requirements of the customer.

The laying hens are fed via the Chainovation feeding system. A gutter feeding system with a circular feed chain. The feed chain constantly mixes the feed ingredients, stimulates feed intake and prevents selective eating. The chain feed circuits are available as standing and hanging feed systems. Chainovation is efficient, maintenance-friendly and sustainable.

The males are fed via the Matrix feeding system. The Matrix is a feed trough exclusively designed for males. The Matrix has become the most recommended male feeding system for broiler breeders worldwide. The Matrix is equipped with telescopic dispensers. Uniform and accurate feed distribution of all types or feed (mesh, meal, pellets) is simple and reliable with the dispensers. Feed level adjustment is easy by adjusting the 10 position level regulators. The suspension has been simplified using only 1 winch for both the feeder tubes and the feed trough. The new generation Matrix continues the excellent results achieved with the previous Matrix, the enhanced user friendliness makes the system accessible to all breeder farmers.

The Rotra mini spinfeeder has been developed to optimally distribute small portions of feed. The aim is to improve well-being by stimulating natural behaviour and improving technical results. The Rotra is made of durable material, including a stainless steel rotating disc, galvanized steel frame and synthetic outlet with feedstorage tube.
