4Ks Recipe: In this video we see how to make spicy masala paddu recipe.

INGREDIENTS FOR MAKING BATTER
[ ] 2 cups rice ( regular rice )
[ ] 1/2 cup urad dal
[ ] 2 tbsp onion roughly chopped
[ ] 1/2 cup cooked rice
[ ] Water for grinding
[ ] Salt
[ ] 1/2 tsp baking soda

INGREDIENTS FOR GRINDING
[ ] 1 tbsp cumin seeds
[ ] 6 to 10 green chillies
[ ] 4 garlic cloves ( optional )
[ ] Some coriander leaves

INGREDIENTS FOR TEMPERING
[ ] 2 tbsp oil
[ ] 1 tsp cumin seeds
[ ] 1 tbsp urad dal
[ ] Grounded mixture

INGREDIENTS FOR PREPARATION
[ ] 1/4th cup or 1 small onion finely chopped
[ ] 1/4th cup boiled chana dal
[ ] Prepared green chilli tadka
[ ] batter
[ ] Oil for preparation
