Malai Kofta Curry Full Recipe - A Rich and Creamy delicacy from the Indian Cuisine !

A week ago I had uploaded a short video of Malai Kofta and you all had showered so much love for that video that I thought I should be putting out the full video recipe soon ! Making Malai Kofta is easy but needs some patience , but you can do it if you follow this video recipe to the T ! Here I am making the Kofta from homemade cottage cheese or Chena (also known as Chana in Bengali) and hence you can term this as a fusion of the traditional Malai Kofta (origin : North India) with the Bengali Dish named as Chanar Dalna. The traditional Malai Kofta uses Paneer instead of Chana or Cottage cheese, if you want to use it you can skip the first part of this video where I show how to make Chana or cottage cheese.
Ingredients -
For the Cheese :

1) 1.1 liters whole milk
2) 1 whole lemon

For the Curry base :

1) 1 medium sized onion
2) 1 inch ginger
3) 3-4 garlic cloves
4) 1 medium sized tomato
5) 4-5 green chillies whole
6) 8-10 cashew nuts soaked in water for 15 minutes

For the Kofta -
1) 1 medium carrot
2) 1/4 cup sweet peas
3) 4-5 cashew nuts crushed
4) handful of dried raisins
5) 1 pinch coriander powder
6) 1 pinch turmeric powder
7) 1 pinch Garam Masala Powder
8) 1/2 tbsp salt
9) 1 dollop Ghee

Spices/ ingredients to add to the curry -
1) 3/4 tbsp Coriander Powder
2) 2-3 pinches Garam Masala Powder
3) 1-2 pinches Kasoori Methi
4) 1 tbsp Sugar
5) 4-5 tbsp heavy cream (added directly)
6) 2-3 tbsp heavy cream (for garnishing)
