Tower of Elongated Runs (ToER) is a Catastrophic difficulty, ascension-based Tower located in Ring 7. It was made by ciel_azulsky. This is currently the second hardest tower in the game's canon, behind Tower of Cruel Punishment. This tower is widely notorious for its long wraps and jumps. The tower features multiple softlocks and instakills throughout it, making ToER extremely punishing and difficult.
