This "Real World" video I recorded in July 2019 looks at how we encourage a nice flow to document authoring from creation to auto publishing the document as a PDF. This is the actual process we are developing to release user guides and tips and tricks documents to you in future videos.

I was never going to release this, I was on location with hotel WiFi and a Microsoft Surface laptop and the screen is not 16:9. However it's complete so why not.

The key points here are:
- How Library metadata columns are placed into the Word document so users add information to the library seamlessly.
- The process we go through to create, draft, proof, finalise and publish a Word document.
- A Flow I created to convert the word document to a PDF ready for you to grab.
