The Lunatics are a "Pink Floyd tribute band" from Athens Greece. They were conceived and formed in 2010, by George Makaris, and aimed to perform "the dark side of the moon" in its entirety, alongside a selection of tunes from the band's rich back catalogue, while retaining the distinctive elements of sound and style that gave Pink Floyd their legendary status. Thus, a group of 12 talented musicians began rehearsing to achieve this goal and 1 year later, in June 2011, they played their first ever show. Since then, they have successfully performed at several venues and festivals. This year they will be performing as a seven-piece band, a set-list consisted of songs from the following albums: The Piper At The Gates Of Dawn - A Saucerful Of Secrets - Atom Heart Mother - Meddle - Obscured By Clouds - The Dark Side Of The Moon - Wish You Were Here - Animals - The Wall. Lunatics will take us to a ride through all these wonderful songs of Pink Floyd, that we all have loved.
