Draft a Bodice Block (or sloper) - New improved tutorial!!

A bespoke bodice block is the best way to make patterns for perfect fitting clothes.

** Note: the back neck vertical measurement is 1.5cm! **

** If you're calculating the dart in inches, multiply by 2.4 instead of 6 **

The block and fit is exactly the same as before, but the instructions are more clear - I hope!

The youngest I’ve tried this out on is an 8 year old child and it fit well, younger than that I’m not sure. If making for a child you might just need to ignore the waist shaping.

I’ve also tried it on a few men, of very different physiques and it fits well too.
