I got a Roland TR-8 and Roland TB-3 today. Here is a first, quick jam. Since I'm into Techno since the beginning in the late '80s / early '90s... these two machines are very, very nice additions to the workflow in the studio, as they have already high quality effects built-in, and especially, faders to control the volume rather than rotary pots like the classic machines. Faders are more manageable to control / do fade-ins / fade-outs, and also the effects and scatter are very useful and can spark all kinds of ideas for tracks.
