PICHI PICHI ALA AMBER'S | Soft And Creamy Pichi Pichi

PICHI PICHI ALA AMBER'S... What makes this Pichi Pichi different from the traditional one? Basically, Pichi Pichi is made from grated cassava, sugar, and sometimes pandan flavor is added on it, and coating it with freshly grated coconut. Amber's food store has a soft and creamy Pichi Pichi and coated with grated cheese aside from coconut that makes their Pichi Pichi different from the classic one.

Ingredients:
1 kg unpeeled cassava
water
1 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup powdered milk
1 3/4 cup sugar
1/4 tsp fine salt
3/4 cup water
grated cheese
