Experimental - trying a new format - No audio - short conceptual video - All second generation sequencers required the genomic DNA to be fragmented and individual fragments be locally amplified. In Illumina this happens via Bridge PCR. In Ion Torrent and its predecessor Pyrosequencing, library amplification happens via Emulsion PCR.
