Benefits of Lava Rock in Your Aquarium

Hi. I made an almost-five minute video of a rock. Its a cool rock tho :)

In all seriousness, lava rocks are very popular among freshwater aquarists. Besides looking good, they have a cool function in aquariums that benefit both plants and the fish themselves.
