To enter the diagnostic menu press the Audio/power button, menu button, and brightness setting button at the same time.

Diagnostic menu will pop up in about 2 seconds.

If it does work take your finger off the buttons and try again. To enter the developers menu select detail information & setting then hold the menu button.

To enter the hidden android settings select android settings in the developer menu.
