What is METCON? Well it stands for Metabollic Conditioning and it combines a mix of strength training, Cardio and HiiT which improves the bodys ability to burn calories, improve endurance and strength. This is MERRY METCON a series to finish your year STRONG.

Get ready for Day 1 - A FULL BODY METCON circuit workout with Dumbbells and Bodyweight exercises! This 30-minute workout is perfect for metabolic conditioning and will give you a great sweat session. Time to challenge yourself and push your limits!

Day 1 is a combination of Cardio and Strength - We will do 3 exercises, 8 reps of each for a total of 4 mins. There are 7 Circuits to do so lots of variety and fun in this workout as well as cheerful christmas music :)

There will be 13 Different Workouts to complete in this MERRY METCON Series, I hope you really enjoy these sessions, feel free to feedback and comment when you have completed each one.
