60. Cancellation Of Conveyance Deeds

In this video I have discussed about the cancellation of various conveyance deeds, such as Sale deed, Exchange deed and Gift Deed. No doubt people execute such deeds to have them permanently by transferring their respective properties. But in some situations, the parties concerned may feel that their rights have been injured and have been cheated by the other party on various grounds. They may further feel that their interest have been compromised. In such a situation the concerned may seek for cancellation of such deed by mutual consent by registering the deed of cancellation before the concerned Sub Registror. Otherwise the concerned or aggrieved person can approach the competent Civil Court with valid grounds of voidable deeds, within three years after refusal of such cancellation by other side and get it cancelled.
