A middle-aged woman complaines about lump in throat sensation for a long time after Functional Endoscopy Sinus Surgery. Under endoscopic view we can see the opening of the sinuses and right side post nasal dripping. 中年女性，主訴喉嚨異物感，多年前因慢性鼻竇炎接受功能性鼻竇內視鏡手術治療過。內視鏡檢查可見兩側鼻腔鼻竇開口打開，沒有息肉的復發，而右側鼻腔可見明顯鼻涕倒流情形。
