Hi friends!!
We are starting a Mediterranean style diet after my bout of pancreatitis. I needed to stock up on foods to get us through a busy week ahead. I have multiple health tests and a procedure coming up this week so aside from being busy, I will be out of comission for a day or so. I grabbed some easy foods for the kids.
