Ashish Tulsian is the Co-founder and CEO of Restroworks. Founded in 2012, Posist (now a part of Restroworks) has grown into a leading enterprise technology platform powering over 15,000 restaurants worldwide. It is recognized among the Top 100 Software companies by G2's 2023 ranking.

Ashish is the product visionary of the company’s cloud-based platform. As the CEO, Ashish oversees Product Development, Growth, and Market Expansion. Restroworks' platform, designed for large and multi-unit restaurant operators, empowers restaurants to achieve growth at scale, improve bottom-line efficiency, and deliver a consistent guest experience.

Few know that Ashish is a rare combination of a Technocrat and a Restaurateur. He kick-started his entrepreneurial journey in 2007 by founding a Telecom VAS (Value Added Services) company right after finishing his engineering degree. After successfully exiting his first company, he started his restaurant business and eventually ventured into the F&B Technology space with Posist, a cloud-first tech platform for restaurants.

Ashish is also a prolific angel investor with early investments in over 20+ emerging start-ups in the Middle East, India, and the US. He is considered one of the leading entrepreneurs who has mastered the art of bootstrapping startups to scale. Ashish is an active keynote speaker at international events, podcasts, and forums representing the entrepreneurship, restaurant industry, and investment community.
