Tropical Storm Bret has strengthened during the past night. It is forecasted to reach the Lesser Antilles tonight, and the effects of the tropical storm will be felt in Guadeloupe, Dominican Republic, and St. Lucia. Afterwards, Bret will rapidly weaken as it moves into the Caribbean. It is predicted to dissipate south of Haiti by Saturday.

On the other hand, Invest 93L has intensified into Tropical Depression #4, and it is projected to further strengthen into Tropical Storm Cindy. Fortunately, the forecasted track shows this cyclone passing northeast of the Caribbean. In the long term, it may be of interest to the island of Bermuda.
