In terms of entertainment, the TV system was actually quite good, and the aircraft itself was clean and well-maintained, which I appreciated.
One downside for me was an interaction with a cabin crew member. When I politely asked if I could have a hot omelette instead of a cold one, the response came across as abrupt and somewhat aggressive, which was disappointing and affected the overall experience for me!
