Even with the potency boosts from the 7th augment slot and level 90, Force might've still been a bit too weak to solo this; however, the buff to the cannon while above 3900 BP is clearly very large, so this solo was very easy to achieve.

The challenge, then, will be trying for a fast run, as there is still RNG involved with Dalion's cannon phase move set. (and I have skill issue with this).

Gear - Wingard Wix 3 BIS augments (No EX), 3* Einea Sheza Orgsys 5 BIS.
