I bought a cheap fiberglass boat as a project. It will need work before it see's water again. I will be looking at the floor as well as the transom. I'm hoping to rebuild everything,
all the boats electrical will need to be redone to get all the lights working.
the steering system will need to be replaced this includes cables and hardware.
