hi freinds today I am sharing this amazing sugarcoated shakkarpara recipe| halwai style soft mouthmelting layed shakkarpare. this type of shakkarpare are generally made in marriages in BHAJI . ( indian marriage sweets ) Bhaji is a mix of dry sweets like shakkarpare, gudpare,balushahi, seerni,methi mathri, suhali , matar ,namakpare Etc. you can try these sweets in indian weddings easily. in punjab and haryana they are sold on halwai shops. but these sweets are really yummy and amazing so shakkarpara is one of them. these sugarcoated sweet shakkarparas can be stored for 3-4 months easily. if you keep them in airtight container in referigerater then you can enjoy them for up to 6 months.here I shared perfect measurements of these shakkarparas, and some tips and tricks to make perfect halwai style infacts better than halwai style sweet shakkarpare.
