Replacing Pool Equipment Mechanical Timer with a Smart Timer - Hayward Salt Cell

Описание к видео Replacing Pool Equipment Mechanical Timer with a Smart Timer - Hayward Salt Cell

In this video, I share my experience of upgrading from a mechanical timer to a smart timer for my pool equipment. This change was necessary after my old mechanical timer failed, which, combined with a faulty salt cell flow sensor, caused my Hayward Salt Cell to overheat as it remained on when the pool pump wasn't running.

Mechanical timers often require constant monitoring for accuracy, especially after power outages, which can throw off the current time setting. By switching to a smart timer, I've not only resolved the overheating issue but also gained more reliable and precise control over my pool system.
