In this tutorial, we explore one of my favourite modes, the Dorian! With a minor third interval, it might seem “sad” like the minor scales. However, there is a lot of brave & epic music that you can generate with this scale. Ideal for genres like Fusion, Folk, Rock, Funk, Jazz & RnB. Learn the essential scale & chord theory and then learn how to build chord progressions that sound truly, “Dorian”.
