Today, we begin to meditate on the "Yoga Vashist Sara" everyday from 6 pm to 9 pm IST for the next 10 days. Registration links given below.

Then one becomes ready to meditate on the Self (as per the teachings of Yoga Vashisht), the practice of Lord Rama himself. Those who are interested in learning to meditate on the Self can register directly for this event but 10 days of Yoga Vashist Sara is highly recommended, so that you get in depth the crux of his life and message.

If one realises the true message and practice of Yog Vashist there is nothing else needed to do in order to navigate though Samsara, through your worldly existence, and yet keep moving towards your ultimate purpose of having taken birth. It helps one to reach the state of Jeevanamukta (liberated even while alive).
