These guys are not bosses they exist to be farmed. Now for the real fight

I had to lower the difficulty in order to stand a chance and even then I still almost bit the dust... in fact I did multiple times. The Primevil Yggdrasil core has 90,000 HP no I did not make a typo. it also has immunity to every single status effect except for stun, and binds don't work either, the trade off is it takes sever damage from everything. So you'll be seeing big number to make the monkey brain happy. As for the boss itself it follows a relatively strict attack patters always opening with explode, a severely powerful fire attack, that was hitting my party for over 1000 damage when blocked before I lowered the difficulty. The boss will follow a very strict pattern where it will use Explod on turn 1, then use physical moves that either hit random party members or hit all party members, it can use entangle to bind party members, it can use pollen to throw around status effect, these moves are determined based on HP values.
Meanwhile every 4 turns he'll use storm, every 5 turns he'll use explode, than evert 6 turns he'll use Blizzard.
And don't even think about throwing out buffs like crazy because too many buffs, 10 or more, and his AI will break leading to an 80% chance that he uses Necrosis which could easily end up destroying your party in an instant. If the boss survives past 50 turns it will give up on a pattern and just start spamming.

With this boss dead you get the demon core, don't let the two reflectors touch, which can be sold for the ultimate Katana but really it's just a trophy.

Super glad they brought back the unused boss theme for this fight.
