Dr Nauman Naqvi, Associate Professor of Comparative Humanities at Habib University, invites you to participate in the inaugural lecture of the Lady Fatima Endowed Chair, the first of it's kind and a seminal event in global academia.

Happening on 5th September, 2024 at Habib University, the lecture features Dr Larisa Jasarevic, a distinguished scholar, anthropologist, independent filmmaker, and author from Bosnia. Through her lecture, titled “Thinking on the Tattered Planet: Ecostress, Religion, and the Gender Quarrel”, Dr Jasarevic seeks to explore how the teachings of the Prophet (PBUH) and Lady Fatima (AS) are reparative in nature and can help us deal with the ongoing ecological disasters.
