There are a few things that you should know during the MS Interview and PhD Interview:

The potential advisor is already interested in you. They think that you are doing quite well, or else they would not give you the interview.

The MS / PhD advisor is screening you on two important things: (1) are you what you say you are on paper? (2) are you a person that seems nice?

What kind of questions will there be? Most of the PhD screening interview questions will focus on your credibility. They are thinking are you going to be a productive colleague? Is this someone that you want to work with for an extended period of time?

The MS interview questions and PhD interview questions are going to be similar, however, the expectation is going to be higher for the PhD. The PhD interview questions might be something like:
1. What are your research interests?
2. What do you see yourself doing in the future?
3. Tell us about your work that you did that relates to this work?
4. Why this institution? Who’s work are you interested in at the school?
5. Who are some of the most important people in your field of interest, and why are you interested in their work?
6. Addressing your weaknesses: You don’t have the math / skills for this program, what are you going to do about it?
7. Do you know what a research is all about?

The goal with the MS interview or PhD interview is to show that you did a bit of prep-work, and that you know what the program is all about.

David Maslach is a research professor of entrepreneurship, innovation, and business strategy, I discuss topics, such as behavioral science, strategy, innovation, and entrepreneurship, and apply these to my new peer proofreading and editing platform. Topics include the sharing economy, altruism, investing in technology, starting a business, and bounded rationality. My favorite videos pertain to incentives, goal setting, and learning from failure to drive behaviors such as weight loss, stopping telemarketers, creating novel technologies, and creating new movements.

https://r3ciprocity.com: Peer proofreading and editing platform

A new platform where you can earn credits by editing other people's documents. Use these credits to have your own work edited. If you do a good enough job, you can convert these credits to money.

The goal of the platform is to get people to 'pay it forward' and help other people out by creating incentives for people to give back.
