What is a Short Circuit? | Repair and Replace

In this quick episode of Repair and Replace, Vance explains how a short circuit happens. A short circuit occurs when the hot and neutral wires touch and the circuit is completed before the load. This will overload the circuit and will trip the circuit breaker or blow the fuse.
