Something I ate or drank (could be the local draft beer) made me sick. So I set out to find a pharmacy that sells a product called “Stopit”. I’m told by the front desk of my hotel, the St George Cathedral Guest House on Nablus street, that there is a pharmacy on a street near the Damascus Gate, about a mile away.
