This is something that I've been dealing with for many years now. No, it's not being hairy. I've enjoyed being that way for decades. I'm talking about seborrhoeic dermatitis. It's often caused by a skin fungus, and in most cases, the fungus Malassezia. It is actually quite common. In fact, a lot of people have it, but it's the skin's inflammatory response to it that we see as a symptom. Most people may only experience mild symptoms, barely noticeable, or just run of the mill dandruff, in which case there are shampoos that help with that.

I've gone as far as seeing some skin specialists and I've been prescribed medicated shampoos to help treat it. In this video, I show how I've dealt with it over the years. It's a daily routine of applying medicated shampoos through my chest and back hair and leaving it on my skin for a duration of time, about 5 minutes, or the time it would take me to shave my face and head.
