BOYLE HEIGHTS, CALIFORNIA - A man lost his leg when a driver under the influence hit him from behind as he was loading or unloading his red car at Lupe's Tortilleria in Boyle Heights. LAPD stated the man's leg was severed around the knee. WARNING you will see his foot from a distance. LAFD put his leg in a bag and in a box, taking it with the victim in the ambulance that transported him.  LAPD conducted a DUI Test on the driver of a newer modeled Mazda with paper plates, he was arrested for suspicion of DUI.
