Lauren Dickinson is the visionary Founder and CEO of Orion Retreats, a pioneering company in the conscious travel and transformational retreat industry. With over two decades of experience in the healing arts, Lauren has cultivated a deep understanding of alternative modalities for achieving holistic balance and wellness.

Lauren’s educational journey is highlighted with in-depth experience and informal studies in chiropractic, Ayurveda and naturopathy, complemented by explorations and certifications in various energy healing practices such as Alphabiotics, Core Synchronism, Reiki, the Enneagram, and Shamanic energy healing. This rich background in holistic health is further enhanced by her successful career in wellness center management, where she honed her skills in client education and business operations.

In 2015, Lauren’s vision for global wellness events began to take shape. Drawing from her personal experiences in the retreat industry in 2021, she identified a pressing need for elevated professionalism in the retreat industry and its standards of ethics. This realization sparked the creation of Orion Retreats, a company dedicated not only to offering transformative guest experiences but also to providing support and professional services to fellow retreat industry leaders who share her commitment to excellence. As an award-winning international contemporary multimedia artist, Lauren brings a unique creative perspective to her work in the wellness and retreat space.

Her artwork has been showcased during Art Basel week in Miami and in numerous domestic and international exhibitions, attracting a global collector base. Her passion for the creative process lends to creating truly unique personal growth retreats that explore our creative consciousness and how we can heal using the power of creativity. Lauren wears many hats – thought leader, writer, coach, artist, and retreat facilitator. Her diverse skill set allows her to create truly holistic and transformative retreat experiences.
