Ingredients:
1 kilo Pork Loin
1tbsp Seasoning powder
pepper to taste

Batter
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup cornstarch
1/2 tbsp seasoning powder
pepper to taste
1/4 tsp cayenne powder
1/4 tsp egg yellow food coloring powder
1/2 cup water
1 tbsp baking powder

Oil for frying

Sweet & Sour Sauce
1/2 cup oil
4 cloves garlic
1 1/4 White Onion
red & green bell peppers
2pcs medium sized carrots
100g tomato paste
1 cup pineapple juice + juice from 1 can pineapple tidbits
salt & pepper + seasoning powder to taste
1/4 to 1/2 cup light brown sugar
1 1/2 cup rice water or water
1 tbsp to 3 tbsp cornstarch
1tbsp vinegar
Pineapple chunks
