The new 2027 Ram TRX has been revealed with a base price hovering over $100,000. Once you add destination, taxes, and a "Level 1" package, you are looking at a $120,000+ truck. This is a massive departure from the $69,000 bargain we got in 2021.

We know the 6.2L Hellcat engine and the 3.0L Hurricane engine cost within $5,000 of each other to manufacture. So why is the TRX $30,000 more than the Ram 1500 RHO?
