Quick review of my 2022 Cupra Ateca.

TLDW: it's worth considering but don't buy it new from Cupra Australia. 8.5/10💸👑⚜️✨️

Cupra Australia seem to follow a fixed price model and these cars tank in value. Also the Cupra sales division here in Sydney sucks, dog shit experience.

The Cupra service centre however is great and reliable.

Carsales as of 23rd February 2024 have 2022 models at around 10,000KM for under $55K.

NOTE: These Atecas are based on an older VW platform that is proven and fixable.

Cupra has been ranked the worst in reliability by Motor Trader in 2023 and rightfully so by reading the forums on the Leons and Formentors - so if you want to get into Cupra safely, the Ateca seems like the way to go.
