Brian Burrows, Team USA International Trap, Tokyo 2020 Olympics

Описание к видео Brian Burrows, Team USA International Trap, Tokyo 2020 Olympics

Brian Burrows qualified for the 2020 Olympics in Tokyo. He is an international trap shooter. A small disc flies away at various angles and heights, traveling at 70 MPH. Each round is 25 targets, with a match ranging between 125-250 rounds. Unlike kicking where 85% and above is considered competitive... in trap it is 96% as the competitive threshold.

So why is a kicking lab interviewing an Olympic shooter? Because the skills required to perform at the highest level are similar.

Brian shares his process of 1) training habits, 2) how he gets out of funks, 3) preparation tips, and 4) how much he loves his craft.

This interview is helpful for ANY specialist because you will find ways to improve your game.

He made the team by 1, yes ONE, clay. This is highly interesting, full of wisdom that you can implement into your game if you see value in it.
