Hey y'all! This is my take on an emergency grocery budget. $20 feeds my family of 5 breakfast, lunch, and dinner for 4 days! I hope this inspires you and helps! Remember if you and your family are facing food insecurity, ask for help from your local churches, food banks, or family and friends! No one should go hungry! By the way!
