Good little test in the wind for the Starlite 2 and have to say it handled it no problem at all. I definitely think pitching the tent into the wind is the right way to go, that was a good tip from Taunton Leisure. Good thing also about this tent is the space inside should I get tent bound because of bad weather etc. The total weight is 1.8kg including the footprint modification for the vestibule so not too bad either.
