Cheesecake Recipe:
Ingredients :
Cream cheese
Heavy cream
Sugar or Stevia
AF flour
2 eggs
Vanilla extract

In a bowl add the cream cheese (room temperature) and heavy cream, using a hand mixer blend the cheese and cream then add an egg gradually mix one by one eggs, sift AF flour one tsp vanilla essence combine together and pour on a baking dish, preheat the oven for 10 minutes at 300 degrees. Place the baking dish in the oven and bake for 20 to 30 minutes at 300 degrees. Once its done place it in the refrigerator for 12 hours to set well.. Enjoy with your favorite topping I added dark chocolate and biscuit crumbs.
