I received the request to transcribe this arrangement by David Willcocks more than a year ago and I finally decided to attempt it.
I think it is a very beautiful arrangement and I hope to have done it justice with this piano transcription.

The intro is in G major, as the main theme, with the use of a rootless G-flat9 in bars 6-9.
In bar 10 there is a nice chromatic mediant (B flat major) followed by a dominant D7 to reach then the tonal key center (G major).
I like the use of the major VI (E major) rather than the diatonic E minor in bar 33.
It is a secondary dominant with a V-of-ii function (in bar 34 the key is A minor (ii)).
You can also notice a Cadential 6-4 at the end (G 2nd inversion - D - G).
