Boneless chicken dum Biryani recipe/homemade chicken biryani

Nothing can beat this aromatic flavor Chicken Dum Biryani !!
Made with boiled rice & a flavorful chicken marinade this one pot dinner is perfect for the whole family 😌

Ingredients

🌟For boil Rice
2 -3 Bay leaf (tez pat )
1tsp Cumin seeds (zeera)
2 pieces cinnamon stick (Dar Cheeni)
3-4 Green Cardamom (sabaz ilachi)
1 Star anise ( badiyan)
1tsp Fennel seeds (sonf)
2-3 cloves (long)
8-10 black pepper corn (sabut kali mirch )
4-5 lemon slices
Green coriander & mint leaves
2tbsp salt
2tbsp lemon juice

🌟For Chicken curry
4-5 chopped green chilies
(Sabaz mirch )
1tsp Coriander powder
1tsp red chili powder
1tsp cumin (zeera powder )
1/2 tsp turmeric (haldi powder)
1 tsp garm masala powder
Salt to taste
1 tbsp dried fenugreek leaves
( Kasoori Meethi )
Green coriander & mint leaves
Fried onions

🌟Chicken Marination
950 g boneless chicken/1 kg
400g Yogurt (1 cup)
2tbsp Biryani Masala
1 tbsp chili flakes (you can skip chili flakes if you dont want spicy )
2 tsp lemon juice
1tbsp Coriander powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp red chili powder
1tbsp cumin (zeera powder )
1 tsp Salt or as your taste
1 tbsp garlic paste
1 tbsp Ginger paste

🌟Assembling & Garnish
Green coriander & mint leaves
1tbsp Biryani Masala
Fried onions
Saffron milk
Olive oil
Kewra water / rose water


1kg sliced Onions (for frying)
4 cup basmati rice 1kg
Oil for frying onion
3 tbsp oil for chiken curry
4-5 ltr water for boiled rice
