We compare the graphics of Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 on PC vs. PS4 vs. Xbox One – the differences are not that huge, PC offers some nice settings to adjust the game including down sampling aka resolution scaling. We did not use down sampling in this comparison, the rest of the PC settings are on maximum graphics settings.
