Tom is ropeable when he finds out that some chancer has been taking a leak in his garden. When he catches the culprit in the act, he opens a can of shoot-ass on him, John Wayne style, which results in an assault charge.

In court, Tom goes full 'freeman on the land', resulting in him being sentenced to a spell in the clink. Will he become an institutionalised man, Shawshank style? Will Jerry make a move on Barbara while Tom is away in Sing Sing?

Only one thing is for sure: Monty Don can eff off!
